Worst Bar-B-Q in Texas

While in Texas, I had to have at least eat Texas BBQ at least one time. Sam suggested Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q, the self proclaimed "Worst Bar-B-Q in Texas". I had never been to Rudy's or anything like it, despite living in San Antonio for 3 years and visiting numerous times since. At Rudy's, the meat is slow smoked, and sold by the pound.



Anyways, we invited cousin Quentin to join us and ordered copious quantites of meat. Quentin apparently didn't understand the instructions we gave him and ended up ordering his own meal before we could find him. Despite our best efforts, we ended up with quite a bit of leftovers, which Quentin took home with him after a little arm twisting. I didn't find Rudy's the worst BBQ in Texas, although their ribs are too peppery (sorry Dad).
